With decades of combined experience in the Christmas décor industry, we’ve built our reputation on craftsmanship, creativity, and an unwavering love for all things Christmas.

While the vision starts with the three of us, it’s brought to life by an incredible team of designers, artisans, and production specialists who share the same passion and attention to detail. Together, we’ve spent years perfecting the art of ready-to-display décor—pouring heart, talent, and holiday spirit into every creation.

CAROLINE PULLER

Chief Operating Officer

Caroline Puller is the Chief Operating Officer at Seasonscapes and brings decades of hands-on experience in the commercial Christmas décor industry. Originally from England, Caroline began her holiday décor journey with her first paid decorating job at just 16 years old. After moving to the U.S. in 1995, she combined her background in B2B sales with a growing passion for the Christmas industry, beginning her career in 1996 selling décor directly to end users. Since then, she has developed extensive expertise in design, purchasing, production, and large-scale installations. For the past 11 years, Caroline has been instrumental in leading Seasonscapes’ growth, helping the company serve wholesale clients across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. A passionate industry advocate, Caroline regularly consults with businesses looking to elevate their holiday décor offerings and is a frequent speaker at leading trade shows, including TPIE, Cultivate, CLIPA, and The TransWorld Christmas Show. She also travels frequently to attend major industry shows in both the U.S. and Europe to ensure Seasonscapes stays at the forefront of design innovation and global trends.

BETTY WEISSON

Production Manager

Betty Weisson has been a key member of the Seasonscapes team since 2009 and brings over 25 years of experience in the commercial Christmas décor industry. Originally from Ecuador, she serves as Production Manager, overseeing all incoming orders and leading the warehouse fabrication team to ensure each project meets our standards for quality and efficiency. In addition to managing production timelines and order fulfillment, Betty plays an important role on our design team, helping to keep our product offerings fresh, current, and visually stunning. Her dedication, attention to detail, and leadership make her an indispensable part of the Seasonscapes team. Outside of work, Betty stays active through cycling and kayaking—activities that reflect her energy and drive both on and off the job.

RICHIE COOK

Sales & Operations Manager

Richie Cook recently joined Seasonscapes as the Sales & Operations Manager, bringing with him a deep passion for the Christmas décor industry and a strong background in sales and operations. Prior to joining Seasonscapes, Richie spent five years as Director of Operations at Regina Gust Designs in Houston, TX, where he helped lead high-end holiday installations and projects. Before entering the Christmas décor world, Richie built a successful 14-year career in the hospitality industry, specializing in sales and client relations. His combined experience and enthusiasm make him a valuable addition to the Seasonscapes team.
